Pleasant and incredibly beautiful accommodation with incredible setting not far from beautiful gardens, both Windermere and Ambleside, and all Windermere/Bowness-on-Windermere activities. Sensational and great breakfast to start the day, excellent food. Very very nice staff in the kindest and friendliest manner, no complains at all.

Nothing too much trouble, thoroughly enjoyed my peaceful stay and would come here again. I went on a weekend and everything here was very comfortable. The location was best possible, in the centre of Windermere.

Excellent and extraordinarily friendly staff, I felt looked after!
Location: the hotel was very close to centre of Windermere, the shores of Buttermere and the beautifully kept garden.

It offered us marvellous and stunning location close to the shores of Buttermere, city centre and the beautiful garden. We could drink something at Brown Sugar, located 3 km away. The breakfast was excellent and great for 7.50, and the food was brilliant.

Fantastic, magnificent location near to the beautiful garden in the warm afternoon sunshine, and town center. Delicious breakfast with perhaps the best eggs benedict I 've ever had and with great food available.

The place was pleasant and brilliant, no complaints, recommend. The room was bright with 4 poster bed, we were happy about that. Marvellous location very close to centre of Windermere & walking distance of Bowness, all was great. Overall the service was great. Besides, our parking was on-site...

The unit we got was heated with a lovely view, king sized bed, garden. The hotel was located in the centre of Windermere. We had a very peaceful time here and would come here again❤

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms clean and large. As well as tea and coffee in the rooms, supply water and orange, filled up very day. Breakfast was lovely, great choice- cerals,fresh friut,yogurts, cooked anything you wanted. Would stay there again.

Homely, comfortable 5 star experience where you were able to relax by day or night. The experince was one to be enjoyed and the breakfast was more than adequate even for the gourmet. The location enabled travel to the whole are of the lakes and is idaelly situated for travelling around or walking.

Everything about the Willowsmere was fantastic - lovely, friendly and extremely helpful couple running it, very clean, big rooms, hot/powerful showers, and a yummy breakfast (Eggs Willowmere is highly recommended!)....absolutely perfect for a relaxing break by the lake!!!!
